ESupport Tooling project is part of IM support for development of internal tools specific to help product support teams

It mainly includes metrics and support process based tools which helps support teams to monitor the performance.

Team is responsible for new tools development and management of existing tools which includes defect fix and new enhancements
of existing tools


Role and responsibilities:
Senior software developer role includes coding, design, debugging and code analysis. Need to take ownership of tools which includes defect fixing and enhancements. Provide technical support and consultation for java application, Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications, establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed.

Skills:

Strong expertise in User Interface development (Dojo, Javascript etc), Java using RAD tools, XML / HTML5, CSS, AJAX (Dojo / GWT), WAS 6 and above, Web 2.0
